A strong effective Board is the backbone of every successful & sustainable organization. I'll support the strategic growth of your Board, including helping you identify prospective Board members. I also provide training for Board and staff at various stages of your organization's life cycle. 

Organizations are expected to be representative of the communities they serve at every level. I work with organizations on DEI Strategic Planning, creating an effective culture of change for DEI and conduct DEI assessments. 

After learning about your organization and programmatic goals, I can help you identify prospective donors. Many institutional donors and foundations do not accept unsolicited proposals. Relationship mapping is an effective tool to identify possible inroads. I also create strategies for specific programs and campaigns. 

Does your organization need to fill a short-term development function? I can provide direct development support for immediate funding opportunities. I can assist with hiring and onboarding future staff; and offer advice, guidance, training and strategy to Board and staff.
